From the Sahara,in its purest expression.

A Sidr honey born from a brief desert bloom, harvested once a year and preserved in its natural form.

Rarity

Born of the Sahara

Deep in the Sahara, our Sidr honey takes its identity from the landscape itself. Each jar belongs to one place, one season and one moment in the desert.

Wellness

A Living Heritage

For the people who have lived beside the Sidr for generations, this honey was never simply food. Consumed raw and kept close to its natural state, it preserves the character of the blossom from which it came.

Taste

The Taste of the Sahara

Our Sidr honey has floral and woody aromas, with subtle caramelised and date notes. Paired with the simplest food, a small amount can bring depth and a signature of its own, elevating a dish without overwhelming it.

Vision

The House

It all begins with what the Sahara gives. Once a year, in spring, the sidr comes into flower. No one decides when, or for how long. From that bloom comes a honey that cannot be hastened, repeated or replaced.

What we are building is a house whose foundation is the belief that the best things nature produces deserve to be offered without compromise or alteration. Our work is to select, to protect, and to step aside.

Rarity, for us, is a fact before it is a value. The harvest sets the quantity, and we accept its limit. Some years will give more, some less. We would rather offer little than offer something lesser.

We are drawn to what stands on its own,
comes from somewhere real,
and leaves
something behind worth keeping.
